The
Feri tradition is a mystical path of spiritual development unlike
any other.
An
initiatory mystery tradition of modern Witchcraft passed down by
Victor & Cora Anderson and those who have been initiated in
a lineage tracing back to them, it was first popularized by Starhawk
in her book The Spiral Dance, as well as through the works
of Gwydion Pendderwen. Hallmarks of the Feri tradition include shamanic
practices, as well as specific symbolic, meditational and inner
exercises. A highly personal path, it has old and strange roots
that include influences or similarities such as Huna, Afro-centered
spirituality, Celtic symbolism, sexual mysticism, esoteric Christianity,
Middle-Eastern mysticism, ecstatic practice, and others.
I offer Feri training in two forms: In-person classes from my store in Walnut Creek, CA, as well as long distance via mail and the internet.
-
In-person training is offered in three stages, each successive level taking the practitioner through deeper layers of Feri practice. Each
session lasts roughly 3-4 hours. Potential in-person students should
check my schedule for current availability.
-
Long-distance training is based on my Level One in-person class and is offered on a continual basis using both mailed lessons and scheduled voice sessions using the chat program Skype. Course length is determined entirely by the pace of the individual.
As a student you will be expected to keep an ongoing record of your experiences, devote the time and energy necessary toward performing specific meditational exercises on a regular basis, participate in class discussions, as well as turn in weekly check-ins describing your progress.
Enrolling in my classes indicates that you have read and agree to my class policies.

have been a Witch for more than 20 years and have been practicing
Feri tradition for more than 15. I have lead open Witchcraft circles,
given lectures, and taught classes in the Bay Area and across the US.
I was initiated into the Bloodrose line of Feri and have continued
to study from other branches of the tradition which I incorporate into my practice. I hold the Black Wand, a title that was conferred upon me in a rite by several initiates including Feri Grandmaster Cora Anderson, and I am the holder of my own line of Feri, Bluerose. I am the author of The Stars Within the Earth, as well as the editor of Witch Eye: A Journal of Feri Uprising.
I am also available to travel to your area within the U.S. Interested parties should email me with their booking questions.
